Latch Pin Staking Fixture (Dual Pin).
This fixture is used to complete an automotive glove compartment latch subassembly. The tool
locates and pneumatically inserts or "stakes" two pins into the subassembly, completing it. Simple air logic controls and dual palm switch operation were built in
to provide operator safety.
Latch Pin Staking Fixture (Single Pin).
This assembly fixture is a single pin version of the dual pin fixture shown above. Air logic was also implemented on this model
to achieve a cost effective and simple control for the actuator.
