from rigid aluminum extrusion.
Axle Assembler
This machine was built to partially assemble toy truck axles. A vibratory hopper is used to automatically dispense and orient
a nut while a second hopper feeds axles to the assembly mechanism. The machine automatically assembles the axle and nut via air logic
controls and pneumatic actuation.
