Aluminum Dash Inserts
These custom designed bezels were required to be produced in quantities <50 units per run. We employed cost
effective fixturing to meet the customer's pricing requirements for the project. ( part dimensions are approx.: 4 3/8 x 10 7/8 x 3/8 )
PCB Fixtures
These assemblies are used to provide antistatic isolation of a PCB. All of the components, other than the #10 cap screws,
represent low volume production CNC parts.
HW Bracket
This small aluminum bracket is typically produced in quantities of <500 units. After an efficient
machining strategy was conceptualized, a simple fixture was completed to process pre-drilled aluminum angle segments into the finished parts. The machined
parts need only minimal post processing to remove light burrs (accomplished via tumbling in abrasive media).
